1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

From website enquiries: company name, contact name, role, email, phone, storage requirements.

From clients: company and contact details, goods descriptions, inventory data (SKU lists, unit counts), inbound shipment details, outbound order details, delivery addresses, payment records.

From website visitors: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, cookie data.

3. How we use the data

To respond to storage and logistics enquiries, manage client accounts, operate the inventory system, process payments and invoices, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and comply with Nigerian regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis (NDPA 2023)

Contract (to provide warehousing and logistics services), legitimate interests (facility security, inventory management), legal obligation (tax, customs documentation).

5. Sharing

Last-mile carriers (delivery address and shipment details per order). Port and customs agents (where coordinating container collection). Cloud infrastructure hosting our systems. Regulators (FIRS, NCS, NDPC) where legally required.

6. Inventory and goods data

Client inventory data — SKU lists, unit counts, inbound and outbound records — is treated as confidential commercial information. We do not share client inventory data with other clients or third parties beyond what is required for logistics operations.

7. Retention

Client and inventory records: 7 years (tax and logistics regulatory compliance). Enquiry records: 18 months. Website analytics: 26 months.

8. Your rights (NDPA 2023)

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also request data portability or complain to the NDPC. Email admin@luzke.org.

9. Security

CCTV and physical security at the Apapa facility. Encryption of digital inventory and client data in transit and at rest. Role-based access to the inventory system.
