Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Luzke Logistics Limited.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Luzke's website and, together with any Storage Agreement or Service Order, your warehousing and logistics engagement with Luzke Logistics Limited.

2. Services

Luzke provides warehousing space, inventory management, pick and pack, and logistics coordination services as described in your service tier and any Service Order. The specific scope, pricing, and service level are set out in the Service Order signed at onboarding.

3. Your obligations as a client

  • Provide accurate descriptions of goods stored at Luzke
  • Not store goods prohibited under Section 6 of these Terms
  • Ensure goods are legally imported and cleared through Nigerian Customs
  • Pay storage and service fees on time
  • Give Luzke reasonable notice of significant changes in storage volume
  • Collect or arrange collection of your goods within 14 days of contract termination

4. Luzke's obligations

  • Provide storage space as agreed, maintained in good condition
  • Keep live inventory records accessible to you
  • Process inbound and outbound according to the agreed service tier
  • Maintain CCTV and security
  • Notify you within 24 hours of any security incident or significant discrepancy

5. Inventory and liability

Luzke's liability for inventory shrinkage, damage, or loss is limited to goods under Luzke's direct care. Luzke is not liable for goods damaged in transit before or after the Luzke facility, acts of God, fire, flooding, or last-mile delivery failures by third-party carriers.

6. Prohibited goods

Luzke does not accept hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, live animals, or counterfeit goods. Goods found to be prohibited will be reported to relevant authorities and removed at the client's expense.

7. Term and termination

Month-to-month contracts: 30 days written notice to terminate. Uncollected goods after 30 days of termination may be disposed of at the client's cost.

8. Governing law

Nigerian law. Disputes resolve first by negotiation, then arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 in Lagos.
